At Acanva Home, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition and packaging. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your lifestyle, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original Acanva Home packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time at your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
